As your house grows bigger and bigger, you may want to hire a servant. Servants are very useful - they welcome guests, serve food, and many other things. Information on hiring servants and other aspects is found below.

The Servants' Guild

Located in North East Ardougne lies the Servants' Guilds. Here you may hire servants for your house. You may hire a servant starting at level 20 constructing for the lowest quality and up to level 50 for the highest quality servant. The servants can perform many tasks including unnoting your items, taking supplies to from the bank, take wood to the sawmill to get planks, welcome visitors, and serve food and drinks.

If you wish to hire a servant, you will first need two Bedrooms - one for you, and one for your servant. In addition to Construction level requirements, you will also need to pay whatever servant you hire an up front payment, as well as any additional wages the servant asks for. You can dismiss your servant from your service anytime you wish. Information on all of the servants is located in the table.

	Butler	40	5000	Serves chocolate cake, welcomes visitors, takes items to and from the bank faster than the Cook, and takes logs to the Sawmill Operator for planks faster than the Cook
	Demon Butler	50	10000	Serves curry, welcomes visitors, takes items to and from the bank faster than the Butler, and takes logs to the Sawmill Operator for planks faster than the Butler
