Wolf Whistle Quest

Start Point: Talk to Pikkupstix in Taverly
Requirements: None
Head to Taverley and speak to Pikkupstix. You can find him in a house northeast of the gate leading into Taverley (From Falador.)
After a short conversation Pikkupstix will be interrupted by a loud crash and the breaking of glass coming from upstairs. Pikkupstix curses the 'menace' and tells you that his room was destroyed by a 'fluffy typhoon of wickedness.'
The both of you continue your conversation, and again another crash comes. After the crash he will begin to tell you about Summoning, but another crash cuts him off. After the crash he will continue with the basics of summoning. He explains the downside to summoning and states that he cannot leave the house, as the beast could come down and, if it gets to the obelisk, call another familiar though to RuneScape and multiply. Pikkupstix then tells you he sent his assistant to get what he needed, but did not return. He continues to express his worries, with the odd crash and bang, until you say you will help. Go up the stairs in his house, the room is destroyed and there will be a cut scene, you will become scared and leave.
When you get down the stairs speak with Pikkupstix. You will have a conversation and he will tell you what it is.
He will tell you in order to banish it he will need a spirit wolf patch as the rabbit-y side of the beast is scared of wolves, and so the wolf will scare it and banish it. You tell him you will go and get the things he needs and he will say that you can, but you would need to infuse the pouch yourself as the beast could come down and slip out the door when he goes to the obelisk. After this he says that you can do it and asks you if you would like to learn the secrets of summoning.
You need to bring him two sets of wolf bones. Tell him you will get right on it. Go west towards White Wolf Mountain and search the dead body on your way to the middle of the mountain, you will discover that the man is Stikklebrix, Pikkupstix's assistant.
You will look to see what he has in his pack and find three unfinished Strength potions, two burnt lobsters, a guam leaf with a footprint on it and some wolf bones. The wolf bones will appear in your inventory. Go back to Pikkupstix.
Talk to Pikkupstix and he will give you two gold charms, two pouches, a trap door key and 14 spirit shards. He will then explain what each of the items are in greater detail and what they do exactly.
Pikkupstix tells you that you will need to make two Summoning pouches. When you have finished speaking with Pikkupstix, open the trapdoor which is directly behind him, and climb down it. The trapdoor key will disappear. When you are down there you will see a tall, thin rock with blue parts on it and blue bits shooting out from it.
Use an empty pouch with the obelisk and a summoning interface will open up. Select 'Spirit Wolf Pouch' (It will be lit up.)
The items in your inventory will disappear and your two pouches will become Spirit Wolf pouches. Click on the obelisk again and select 'Infuse-Pouch'. The summoning interface will come up again. Click the second tab at the top and click the 'Howl scroll'. One of your Spirit Wolf pouches will turn into 10 Howl scrolls.
Go up the stairs and speak with Pikkupstix. He will tell you that you need to go upstairs, summon the Spirit Wolf and use the Howl scroll, he will then continue and tell you that the Spirit Wolf will then disappear, but in the usual circumstances the Spirit Wolf will walk around with you, defend you in combat and often lend you its powers.
Climb up the stairs and get ready to face the rabbit-like beast. When you get up the stairs there will be another cut scene. When it is over right clight your summoning pouch and summon the Spirit Wolf. There will be another summoning interface.
Click on the little wolf head that has an orange/yellow outline and then click on the large beast. The Spirit Wolf will howl at the beast and scare it away. When that is over the wolf will also disappear.
Go downstairs and speak with Pikkupstix again. You will tell him that the Spirit Wolf scared it away. When you have finished speaking with Pikkupstix go back down to where the obelisk is. (The trapdoor behind Pikkupstix.)
Renew your summoning points by right clicking the obelisk and selecting 'Renew-Points'. Go back upstairs.
Speak to Pikkupstix and he will explain a little more about Summoning. (I'd read this if I were you.)
