Garden of Tranquillity Quest

Start Point: Speak to Queen Ellamaria in Royal Garden on the East side of Varrock Castle.
Requirements: Level 25 Farming.
Quest Requirements: Must have completed Creature of Fenkenstrain Quest
Items Required: Spade, Seed Dibber, Rake, Gardening Trowel, Secatuers, 2 Compost/Super Compost, Fishing Rod/Fly Fishing Rod, Ring of Charos, Watering Can, 1 Marigold Seed, 3 Onion Seeds, 3 Cabbage Seeds, 2 Plant Cure, 1 Rune Essence, Chisel, Pestle and Mortar, Plant Pot

Speak to Queen Ellamaria in the Royal Garden on the East side of Varrock Castle. She'll ask you to do a bit of farming and gathering for her garden. She'll Tell you the Wise Old Man in Draynor will be able to help you with your diplomacy and gives you a list of plants she wants and who and where to find them.

Talk to Wise Old Man, who lives in Draynor, with Ring of Charos in inventory, and ask him for help with diplomacy and he'll tell you of Charos and his ring and that he'll enchant it for you if you answer him some questions:

The Questions from the Wise Old Man in Draynor

1. Two Goblins are fighting over the colour of their armour. What do you do?

(a) Leave them to it. Armour's not going to help - any noob could take them.
(b) Show them a range of colours so they can come to a compromise. - Correct
(c) Kill them both and steal their bronze spears.

2. A Drunken dwarf offers you a kebab. What do you do?

(a) Run away leaving the lonely dwarf on his own.
(b) Stand there until he gets annoyed and attacks you.
(c) Take his generous gift even though you have no need for it. - Correct

3. Are you enjoying your experience of Farming?

(a) Yes. - Correct
(b) Definitely. - Correct
(c) It's absolutely, unquestionably the most interesting thing I've done! - Correct

4. A dwarf asks you to put on a silly golden helmet so that you can be fired from a cannon into a wall. What do you do?

(a) Refuse this crazy request blankly.
(b) Put on the silly helmet and jump into the cannon. - Correct
(c) Put the helmet on the dwarf and fire him into the wall.

5. You meet Pkmaster0036 in the wilderness who asks you who is the greatest player kill in the world. How do you answer?

(a) Cower in fear and quickly cast teleport to Varrock.
(b) I am, prepare to meet your doom Pkmaster0036!
(c) You of course Pkmaster0036, no one could ever challenge your greatness! - Correct

6. Queen Ellamaria orders you to go on a foolish quest without any offer of reward. What do you say?

(a) I'll do whatever you ask - I Just love the monarchy!
(b) Ask me nicely and I might consider it. - Correct
(c) Stop ordering me about and get back behind the bar where you belong!

7. A Draynor bank guard asks you if you've seen any suspicious characters lately, because teh bank has been robbed. What do you say?

(a) If I do I'll let you know.
(b) No, especially not that wise old man, who doesn't look at all suspicious. - Correct
(c) Yes, that wise old man over there looks incredibly dodgy.

Once you answer his questions he'll unlock the powers for you, and you can be on your way to try to gather the plants.

Delphiniums: Elstan near Falador

Talk to Elstan in the farm south of Falador, ask him about Delphiniums, and use the powers of the ring to get him to talk and he'll agree as long as you plant some Marigolds in the flower patch in Falador Farm, then pick it and give it to him. You may plant this now and head on to the next person. Remember to come back later though, and give him the Marigolds and He'll give you the Delphinium Seeds.

Pink and Yellow Orchids: Lyra near Port Phasmatys

Talk to Lyra in the farm west of Port Phasmatys and northeast of Canifis, ask her about Orhids, and use the powers of the ring to get him to talk and she'll agree as long as you plant some Onions in the flower patch in Phasmastys Farm, but don't pick right away, she will inspect your growth and you should talk to her when they're done growing. You may plant this now and head on to the next person. Remember to come back later though, and talk to her when the Onions are fully grown, and she'll give you the Orchid seeds.

Snowdrops: Kragen near Ardougne

Talk to Kragen in the farm north of Ardougne, ask him about Snowdrops, and use the powers of the ring to get him to talk and he'll agree as long as you plant some Cabbages in the flower patch in Ardougne Farm, but don't pick right away, he will inspect your growth and you should talk to him when they're done growing. You may plant this now and head on to the next person. Remember to come back later though, and talk to him when the Cabbages are fully grown, and he'll give you the Snowdrop seeds.

Burthorpe Vine: Bernald in Burthorpe

Talk to Bernald in the yard east of the Inn, ask him about the Burthorpe Vines, and use the powers of the ring to get him to talk and he'll agree as long as you have to find out how to cure his current Vines. Try to use regular Plant Cure on his vines and talk to him again, He'll inform you regular Plant Cure doesn't work but he knows someone who might know how to make a stronger plant cure, Allain the Druidic Farmer near the Gates of Taverly.

Talk to Allain, near the Gates of Taverly near the Tree Patch, and use the powers of the ring sparingly to get him to talk do not use it on him the second option, and he'll agree to tell you. He'll tell you, that you need to crush Rune Essence and add it into a Plant cure.
Use Chisel on Rune Essence, then use Pestle and Mortar on the Broken Essence. Finally, use the Rune Dust on the Plant Cure to get a stronger version of it.

Head back to Bernald and cure his vines, then talk to him and you'll recieve the Vine Seeds.

White, Pink, and Red Rosebushes: seeds from Monastery

Try to take the seeds out of the Rosebushes or talk to the monk nearby. He'll sense the power of the Ring of Charos and tell you to throw it down the well in edgeville because it is evil.

Head to Edgeville and throw the ring down the well.
Head back to the Monastery, take the seeds, and the Monk will hint you on accident how to get back the ring in the well.
Head back to Edgeville and use a fishing rod on the well to re-obtain the Ring of Charos, this may take several tries.

A white tree: Dantaera in Catherby

Talk to Dantaera in the farm in Catherby, ask her about the White Tree, and use the powers of the ring to get her to talk and she'll tell you about how the White Tree is almost extinct, but there is one remaining on Ice Mountain. She'll reluctantly agree but tells you to cut off the last remaining shoot in hopes of you being able to replant it.

Head to Ice Mountain, if you've done Giant Dwarf Quest you may take the shortcut by riding the Mining carts into Keldagrim, and then to Ice Mountain, and at half the price if you have the Ring of Charos(u) on your finger.
Use Secateurs on the White Tree to get a Shoot from it.

Planting all the plants

All you have to do for most of the patches is rake it and then plant the seed, with seed dibber in inventory.
For the Orchids, you must add a heap of Compost or Super Compost to the Permanent Plant Pots in the Garden, before Planting.
For the White Tree, you must put it in your Plant Pot item first with a trowel, and then water it.
Once the White Tree Shoot grows into a White Tree Sapling plant it in the White Tree Patch.

Statue of Saradomin: Falador

Talk to Queen Ellamaria and ask her how you're supposed to move the statues, she'll give you a trolley.

Head to Falador and use the Trolley on the Statue, and wait until the guards aren't looking...

Then Pull the Statue one space north, then Big Push it out of Falador through the north.
You'll appear near Varrock Castle, Push the Statue to it's place, Big Push when you can.
When you get near it's placement, use the Place Option to put it in place.

Statue of a King: Lumbridge

Talk to Queen Ellamaria if you don't have a trolley already, and she'll give you one.

Head to Lumbridge and use the Trolley on the southern more statue outside the castle.
You should be used to pushing the statues not, Push it east, then north, then east across the bridge to Varrock.
You'll appear near Varrock Castle, Push the Statue to it's place, Big Push when you can.
When you get near it's placement, use the Place Option to put it in place.

Conclusion

After you the plants have grown and the statues placed, talk to Queen Ellamaria and she'll tell you to bring King Roald into the Garden.
Talk to King Roald and convince him to follow you. You'll watch the King and Queen bicker, but the Queen wins the arguement.

After the arguement, you'll be speaking to the Queen and she'll reward you. Quest complete!

Rewards: 2 Quest Points, 5000 Farming Experience, 1 Apple Tree Seed, 1 Acorn, 5 Guam Seeds, and Supercompost Potion.

White Tree Fruit: After the quest, you may pick White Tree Fruit from the White Tree. These fruits will restore some of your energy.

Compost Potion: Can be used on bins of regular compost, or buckets of regular compost to turn them into super compost. It is quite silly to use it on buckets though, so use it on full bins.

Ring of Charos(u): You will be able to convince various NPCs in RuneScape with your charm of this ring. You may use it to ride boats for free and minecarts for half price.
Now when you lose the Ring of Charos(u), you can get it back by pickpocketing Fenkenstrain and it will already be unlocked.
