Requirements: Must have completed the King's Ransom Quest
The Knights of the Round Table of Camelot are a tough bunch. They don't take crap from no one. You may wonder how they get so tough - if you look closely, all the day all day in Camelot is walk around. The secret is the Knight Waves Training Grounds.
After completing the King's Ransom Quest, you can head to the top floor of Camelot and speak to the Squire to learn about the training grounds.
Basically, what you do is go into the room and fight eight knights, one after the other. You cannot use Magic, Ranged, or Prayer in the room. Each knight has its own weakness, but they are all tough and will drain your combat stats. However, if you defeat them all, you get some great rewards. If you leave or die at any time during the training, you will be brought back outside the room and will have to start all over. Make sure you have high level food and super potions.
Sir Bedivere
The first knight you will have to fight is Sir Bedivere.

He is a big bloke with a spear, and he will lower your strength. With help from some super strength potions and a few bits of food, he is easy to defeat.
Sir Pelleas
Sir Pelleas is next in the fight. He will lower your defence, and you'll end up taking more damage from him. Keep up the defence potions and food and don't let him get to you.
Sir Tristram
Next up, Sir Tristram, will greatly lower your strength. Make use of any super strength potions that you have. Tristram will be hard to defeat because of your lowered strength, but in the end he can be dealt with.
Sir Palomedes
lowers attack
When you have defeated all of the Knights, you will be rewarded!
Reward: 20,000 experience in Attack, Strength, Defence & Hitpoints; option to set Camelot as your respawn point after you die (talk to Merlin)
