Witch's Potion Quest

Start Point: Talk to Hetty the witch in her house in Rimmington
Requirements: Burnt meat (any kind), Eye of Newt, Onion, Rat's Tail (Note: You must start the quest before the rats will drop their tail)

To begin this quest, walk southwest of Falador until you come to Rimmington. Visit the house in the far southeast corner and talk to Hetty - ask her for a quest.

She will tell you that she needs 4 ingredients to finish her concoction; Burnt Meat, an Eye of Newt, an Onion, and a Rats Tail.

You can use any kind of meat for the burnt meat - rat, chicken, cow, bear, etc. When you have some kind of meat, take it to a stove and cook it. If you don't burn it the first time, use it with the stove again to burn it. You can buy an Eye of Newt by following the road to the east to Port Sarim. One of the northern most buildings in the town is a magic shop (run by another witch). You can buy an Eye of Newt there. Onions grow in a patch directly north of Rimmington. You can get a Rat's Tail by killing one of the small rats in the Archery Shop to the west of Hetty's House.

After you have collected all of these ingredients, go back and talk to Hetty. She will then mix the ingredients together in the cauldron, and ask you to drink from it.

Go ahead and take a big ol' swig from that bubbling cauldron to complete the quest.
