Start Point: Talk to the Squire in the White Knights Castle courtyard in Falador
Skill Requirements: 20 Mining, must be able to survive against Ice Warriors (level-57)
Items Required: Redberry Pie (redberries, water, a pot of flour, and soft clay/pie tin), Pickaxe, & 2 Iron Bars

To begin this quest, head to the White Knight's Castle in Falador. In the main courtyard, talk to the Squire.

The squire tells you he is the squire of a knight named Sir Vyvin. He goes on to say that he's in a spot of trouble today, having lost Sir Vyvin's sword. Offer to make him a new sword, and he says that he doubts you could because it is a family heirloom, made by the Imcando Dwarves. He tells you that Reldo, the palace librarian in Varrock, would know about the existence/location of any remaining Imcando Dwarves, for he has done a lot of research on the races of Runescape. Agree to help the Squire and go to find Reldo.

Head to Varrock. The palace is north of the main market square. Reldo's library is located towards the rear of the palace building, on the first floor.

Reldo tells you about the history of the Imcando dDwarves and how they were nearly wiped out by barbarians when you ask. He tells you some of them have survived and one or more may live near the cliffs on the Asgarnian southern peninsula. He also tells you that the dwarves really like Redberry Pie, so you will need one.

Redberry Pie (skip this section if you already have a pie):

You'll need a pot of flour, water, a pie dish and redberries.

- In Port Sarim, the Food Store near the Jail sells pots of flour. It's quick to buy one there.

- Water can be obtained by using a jug (bought at any General Store) with a water source (a fountain, a sink, etc.)

- There are Redberry Bushes in the forest south of Varrock, east of the Dark Wizard Stonehenge thing, where you can pick a set of redberries.

- To get a pie dish, either take one from the Crafting or Cooking Guild; or, if you can't yet enter those, mine some clay, ideally from the Dwarven Mines. Use a jug of water (if you use your original one, be sure to refill it) on the clay to make soft clay. Then use the soft clay on the potters wheel in the Barbarian Village to make a pie dish, and use the pie dish on the potters oven to complete the process.

Use your water with the pot of flour, and select to make pastry dough, then use the dough with the pie dish. Use the redberries with the mixture then to get an uncooked redberry pie. Now use the uncooked pie on a range, or cook it on a fire, and you'll have your pie.

When you have your pie, head towards Port Sarim but go south of the jail & church until you reach a peninsula and cliff. You will see a house. Inside is Thurgo the Dwarf - talk to him. When you ask him about being an Imcando Dwarf or anything else, he'll be irritable.

However, when you offer him the pie, and his eyes light up. Talk to him again, and he says he will try to make the sword, then asks what kind of sword it is. You give him some information, but he says he needs to see a picture. You'll eventually decide to head back to the Squire to ask for a picture. Head back to Falador. The squire tells you that the only picture would be a portrait of Sir Vyvin's father, which is in a cupboard in Sir Vyvin's room. He says to make sure you're not caught finding it. To find the picture, head up the easternmost ladder on the first floor of the castle, then up the staircase east of where you end up. In the room next to where you end up, there will be a bed and a cupboard. Enter this room, and search the cupboard to find the portait.

Get your pickaxe and your two iron bars now (if you don't already have them) and head back to Thurgo. After some talk, he tells you that in addition to the iron bars to make the sword, he needs an ore called Blurite, which is found underneath the cliff on which Thurgo lives. Armour up and grab food, cause you may get attacked a little down there. Head down the ladder on top of the cliff (marked with an exclamation mark on the minimap). Once down the ladder inside, follow the path until you reach an ice area (try to ignore the pirates and hobgoblins), populated by Ice Warriors and Ice Giants.

The blurite rocks are around the edges of the walls of this room - they are marked on the mini-map by a pickaxe. If you have some food ready and are quick, you should be able to run past the Ice Warriors to a set of Blurite rocks (where they can't reach you) and take your time mining the Blurite. When you have an ore, quickly run out of the cave as quickly as possible. With luck, you won't have to go near the Ice Giants.

Talk to Thurgo and hand over the blurite and iron bars to Thurgo. He'll make the sword and give it to you. Take the sword back to the Squire in Falador to finish the quest.

Congratulations! Quest complete!
